How we have made an impact
In everything we do, we aim to create a safe space where individuals feel seen, heard, and supported. Our foundation is a sanctuary for those seeking refuge from life’s challenges, offering guidance, encouragement, and a compassionate community. We recognize that healing is a deeply personal journey, and we are committed to providing an environment where people can find comfort, connection, and the courage to embrace their true selves.

"I really learned a lot about what is going on inside of me. I took the time to listen to myself. It is so much more than that, but the point is that I have a way now to get my thoughts and feelings separated and worked out."

who and where
Who We Teach: We teach people who have minimal access to healing tools. Our primary focus is on women and youth. In 2015, over 70% of our students were youth and women, and this percentage has increased in 2016.
Where We Teach: The majority of our workshops take place in the greater Seattle area, with an increase in satellite locations since 2014. All of our program sites are in the social service field - homeless shelters, domestic violence shelters, and youth programs.

"In the cocoon of white light, I felt safe, centered, peace, patience, healing, and fluid."
- student, Jubilee Women's Center
