Heartfull Meditation is the process of welcoming your Spirit into every cell of your body. It was created by Savitri in 1992.
The Heartfull Meditation "Align & Shine" techniques help to turn the mind inward to the Heart Chakra and connecting with the Divine source within us. As one surrenders and aspires, the Divine Light above begins to flow down into the body and eventually turns the body into a Divine physical manifestation of Love, Light and Truth.
