Heartfull Schools

Our in-school Heartfull Meditation™ program is currently in the pilot stage. After years working with underprivileged kids, youth, and adults nationally and internationally, we are tailoring the program to best meet the needs of school-aged children.

Our program will engage kids and youth through a unique combination of active meditation, imagery, movement, storytelling, conscious breathing, writing and art.
