who we teach

We teach people who have minimal access to healing tools. Our primary focus is on women and youth. In 2015, over 70% of our students were youth and women, and this percentage has increased in 2016.

Student demographics

  • ages 12-70
  • living at or below poverty line
  • addiction & mental illness common

where we teach

The majority of our workshops take place in the greater Seattle area, with an increase in satellite locations since 2014. All of our program sites are in the social service field - homeless shelters, domestic violence shelters, and youth programs.
